"Jerome showed up for the job on time. He was very prepared to fix my dishwasher, but unfortunately, the damage was too great and the dishwasher has to be replaced. He went above and beyond to give me fair advice. The customer service of Magnolia Appliance was excellent. Jerome was so easy to get in touch with me and responded to my phone calls quickly. I will definitely call him back for my next repair!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Josh did an excellent repair of my oven! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous! I would highly recommend Josh at Vulcan Appliance Repair."

"I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"Richard's work was excellent. I was surprised at the cost of the repair but he does not control the cost of the Whirlpool part. He was right on time for our first appointment. He put NO pressure on me to make a decision as to whether I wanted to repair the dryer or purchase another dryer. I will definitely call him in the future."

"Chris was prompt and very knowledgeable. I did my best to explain the problem with my oven over the phone, and he knew what was likely the problem and came prepared with the replacement part. He was spot on and it was fixed within an hour."

"Great quick service. A little pricey"

"Excellent work for the price. Very punctual and friendly service."

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
