"The owner of the company came out for an estimate I requested for a leak over our front door. He was prompt, courteous and took pictures of the issue. The quote was reasonable. He took pictures of "the before", I okayed the work, the leak was fixed the next morning. We were emailed all the finished pictures immediately upon completion, In addition, I asked him to take pictures of anything else that was an issue, he did and sent me a quote for all of it. We decided to have it all done. The owner communicated every step of the way, he and his crew were efficient and did a good job with clean up. The roof looks great and most importantly does not leak. I waited to write this review until we were in the midst of rain this week. Ultimate Roofing was the only company that didn't turn their nose up to us and say they only replace roofs, not repair them. In the end, the repairs cost 10% of what was quoted to us for a new roof."

Connor (office manager) was very thorough and supplied me with all pictures and documentation needed to work with my insurance. Their prices were right in line with my insurance adjuster. "I needed to have some of our shingles repaired after a wind storm blew some of them off.  I also wanted a bid done for our garage roof, which is older than the house roof.  Did a great job and didn't charge me more than the Angie's Deal, which was nice. The bid for the garage was reasonable and we are determining timing for that to be done in the next year or so.  I will definitely call them again for our roofing needs and will have them do the garage roof when we are ready.

"Jared arrived on time and did the job in less than an hour.  I was very pleased with the work.  I had a supply of shingles and that saved time and cost.  Since no roofer can have every shingle I'd recommend that anyone using any roofer get a supply of shingles before the roofer shows up.  I would recommend Northern Roofers any time and any time I need a roof repair I will call them.  Very pleased.

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front. I reached out to a full list of contractors to repair our home. Most of them were shocked at the damage that was done, but seemed to be to busy or not interested in helping us out. In comes Gray Huskie Custom Exteriors. I called and left a message with Miguel, and he called me back within less than a half hour to schedule a time to come out to our house that same evening for a bid. Miguel and his son were professional, knowledgeable, and presented us with a very fair estimate. Within three weeks they were on the job and working hard to fix our home. We were so impressed with Miguel and his crew. It was so nice to have a contractor show up on time, and always let us know ahead if there was a change in the schedule.
