"Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money. It?s a brand new install that I am now afraid to light. As if that were not enough, they left my neighbors? driveway covered in concrete and sealant residue. An absolute waste of $5,000."
