"Carpets were approx 3 years old and started to wrinkle a month after we moved in. Chose Stretchmaster based on excellent Angi reviews. I called to schedule on a Wednesday and Jeff and Adam were able to come the next day (after working hours to accommodate my schedule). They were in and out in an hour, it was all very impressive. They demo'd their invention and barely had to move any furniture. They were neat and organized. Our carpets look great. I will say the price was a little higher than I expected (our rooms are very small), but, the lifetime stretch warranty made it worth it and it was a no brainer to have them complete the job. No regrets!"

"Excellent experience from sales to installation. Robert was personable and thorough and was able to accommodate our need for quick installation. The team that installed the flooring were professional and worked hard. They encountered unexpected problems, but got them resolved right away. Part of the floor had to be sanded to eliminate uneven spots and they quickly got it done. They pointed out a floor-installed elec. outlet that had been covered by carpet and advised how to make it safe, even bringing in their own electrical guy to rewire it. Even though they were not installing carpet, they brought in someone who worked with carpeting to deal with a peripheral carpet issue. There was no extra charge for these two people coming out to ensure everything was done perfectly. They did a great job. I would recommend this company and those installers to anyone."

"Jim Rutherford was able to help me choose the perfect flooring for my needs - water proof, not cold like tile, not slippery or hollow sounding like engineered / laminate at my other house, didn't scratch easily like real hard wood, and easy to clean and maintain. I'm very satisfied with the Coretec plus luxury vinyl tile floors that Jim installed in my living room, dining room and halls. He took the time to make sure the pattern of the tiles for the hallway were spaced properly as I was very particular about that (clearly I was not an easy client to please, but he was very patient with me). He was meticulous, cleaned up before leaving every day, was easy to work with, always replied to any questions I had in a timely manner, and his price was very competetive.
