They carefully moved grill, outdoor furniture, and potted plants and applied two coats of sealant to all vertical surfaces, and three coats to all horizontal surfaces. The wood soaked it up like a sponge. They replaced everything and did a great cleanup. In retrospect, the cost of both the pressure cleaning and sealing jobs included approximately 60 man-hours and a large amount of supplies delivered with state-of-the-art equipment. My house and property look new. My wife and I are completely satisfied. They're a class act."

"They quoted a price over the phone and then increased the charge when they got to the house. They said the increased charge was due to the fact that they considered our crawl space a second level to our home. The price they quoted was for a single story house, which is what our house is. Our crawl space is the height of a level of the house in the back of the house where they were working, so we agreed to pay the higher amount. Just wish we'd known to expect that. <br /> They cleaned the gutters just fine, I suppose. But several months later all of the water is running out of one corner of the gutter. We have guards on our gutters, and that has not been an issue in the seven years or so we've owned the house. We called PI roofing back to tell us if the gutters/downspouts are clogged again or if the gutters are unbalanced. They said they are clogged again and they offered to sell us GutterGuards for $600. Maybe they did everything right and it's just natural that our gutters are clogged again, but I'm just not sure. In the future, we might consider using PI Roofing again, but I think I'd want to look around a little more before. <br />"

He went through so many things so fast, using terms with which I was not familiar. His main focus was on how much better his windows were than either Pella or Andersen. At the very beginning he told me that he was not here to talk about how bad their windows were in comparison to Hanke Brothers' windows, but that was actually the main focus of his presentation, which took a little over an hour. Also, his total cost was going to be a little over $13,000, while a competitive bid from Pella was around $8,600. This included wood work & trim around seven window openings. If you don't mind the hard sell and like their windows it wouldn't be so bad. But he wore me out with his constant talking. This was definitely not for me."
