"We enjoyed talking to Michael, the salesman, who measured everything and gave us a clear idea of what the process would entail. The quote he submitted via e-mail was detailed and included a rendering of the work. We then spoke with Jonathan, the crew chief. He was friendly and comprehensive and answered all our questions, so we knew how the process would go and what to expect when it was over. The job took one day, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The crew (four men, I believe) worked steadily, quietly and meticulously until dusk to finish. They first had to dig up the bricks of the old walkway and patio -- we asked them to set those aside rather than disposing of them, which they did -- and dig up and haul off the broken concrete of the damaged parking pad. They then spread the new concrete carefully and cleaned up thoroughly. Jonathan returned on the second day to seal the stamped border, walk the project with us and answer a few last questions. We would definitely hire them again for a similar project."

"The job was done in a very professional manner paying attention to detail and quality of the supplies provided and used for the fencing. The job was done efficiently and exactly to the specifications that I required. He made sure that I was satisfied with the job at different stages of the construction. I had one or two specific things that I wanted done and he made sure that they were installed properly as they were being done. He worked very neatly and cleaned up all of the property of any cut or waste materials. "Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Tejeda explained each step of the process as work progressed, the products being used, and why those products had been chosen. The client's approval was sought before proceeding. All workers put in extended hours each day to get the job done in a timely manner, worked hard, and kept the work area and surrounding yard and neighborhood clean and free of trash. Overall a positive experience with an honest, reliable, hardworking contractor and a crew of top quality professional craftsmen. Would hire again. Recommended to others."
