"They responded to my call at 8pm,and showed up the next day confident they could make the repairs. They were reasonable and worked efficiently. Thanks"

"It went great. The roofing team was very thorough. Antonio Florencio was a super help with the insurance adjuster to insuring the work was done right. If you need a new roof Central Carolina Roofing and Gutters LLC is the company to call (919 704 5846)"

"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"Extremely good job to us and very nice people."

"Gary, was very helpful and pointed me on the right direction after I had discussed my concerns. Had he been able to help me I would have gladly hired him. My system ended up being under warranty and he suggested I contact the manufacture as to not void my warranty."

"I had a 20 y.o. shingle roof replaced in june of 2017 with metal. Everything went according to plan. Always on time and under budget. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a replacement or brand new roof"

"Jose did an amazing job! I will hire him again."

"It was the best price, but when they arrived they were short on materials and didn’t bring the correct ladders. From the ground looking up i would say awesome job. Later after climbing on the roof we found issues with the install, and sloppy craftsmanship. Non responsive when asked to come back out and clean up project. Would not recommend or use again."

" I love my new metal roof. It looks fabulous. I have had so many positive comments about it from my neighbors.
My initial contact was with their Sales rep who was extremely friendly and on time for the appointment. I loved working with him because he keep me well informed with everything that would be happening during the new roof installation,
My only issue with Roofing Inc. had to do with the staff who installed the roof. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves, but they did not communicate when they would be at my house and why they weren't at my house in the middle of the installation. If this
group would have communicated better then I would be giving this company an A+.

"Great overall experience. Our project manager Frank came out and discussed our roof in detail including a problem area and what they would do to fix it. We are satisfied with our new roof and highly recommend Southern National Roofing."
