"Thor is the best.  I was out of town for the second half of the project and the project turned into more than he or I bargained for.  He handled everything brilliantly and I trusted him to do a great job.  When I got back I was blown away by the quality of their work. The house is a really unusual mid century modern that the other contractors who came by for quotes were completely scared of...some of them didn't even get back to me. This place was in Really Really bad shape with a large amount of wood rot, structural issues, and come to find out during the repairs...a large amount of termite damage. Thor and his guys totally saved the house.  Now that the project is over...I couldn't have imagined picking anyone else.  The work was top notch, the price was more than fair, and Thor is a great guy!!!  Don't waste your time with anyone else! <br />"

"Brent saved us at least $1,500 the last time he was here.  We asked him for  an estimate for replacing our exposed back deck.  He suggested that he pressure wash it and paint it.  That saved us at least $1,000, and it looked great. <br /> <br /> He saved us more money by using the vapor barrier we had already inexpertly installed, and properly re-installed it. He also installed a dehumidifier in the crawlspace. <br /> <br /> We were going to have Brent paint the inside of our screened porch, but he suggested that he first  make repairs to the ceiling, then paint.  It all looks GREAT!  <br /> <br /> Brent is very professional and honest,  communicates extremely well, is punctual, answers any question you have and doesn't talk down to you. He really cares about the quality of his work. They drive in their wood posts as opposed to digging holes, making the posts very sturdy. I was very impressed with their workmanship and speed.
