Even sent pictures to show progress. . Found a problem in our home's construction and worked around it. Took care of a lot of small detains we never knew about. His work is high quality and he uses high quality materials. His crew cleaned up after each visit. Except for a few nails, our property was left cleaner than I had kept it. He did get backed up by the weather last winter and didn't get to us as planned, but he got is done early in the Spring as soon as it stopped snowning Mid march) and got the job done as quick as he could . When my roof was damaged by weather, Jeremy of BEST was there to help me to navigate the journey to a replacement roof, from the initial estimate to working with the insurance company and through the installation and follow-up. BEST showed up at my house at 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled day for work, and by late afternoon had stripped off the old asphalt shingles, installed the new ones, cleaned up thoroughly around the house, and removed all of their equipment. "<p>After my terrible experience with George's Painting, I had called Mike Rafferty and some other painters. Mike had called and had set up a date for an estimate. The other painters either were booked up or just didn't want to do the job because my house was built around 1926.  Mike came out and went over what I needed to have completed but he even gave me quotes, if I didn't want to have everything completed at one time, so after going over the plan and the price, I was sold. The bonus was that Mike could start the job in two weeks, the day after labor day. Mike and his crew came by just as expected and had completed the job the same day, which I was amazed but more important the work was Awesome, this was no small job folks, but Mike completed it and also did a couple of  favors for me as well, so needless to say his customer service far exceeded what I had expected.
