"Scott was great and responsive with providing an estimate, and based on his estimate and the way he treated (really nice and explained a great deal to us) us we decided to use them to install a wood three post fence around a portion of our property. Unfortunately, due to other commitments the company had, it took longer than expected to get the fence installed, but Scott compensated the delay. They were not always the quickest to update us on the delays. In the end, the fence came out great, the crew was friendly and professional and dealt with our kids thousand questions. "He just couldn’t get out and get the fence done this fall. He was very upfront with that. It was a good experience. He was one of the higher quotes and I think he was about $3,800 for a fence. He was great to talk to. I really, really like to work with him. It is just that it would take him a long time to come out and do the fence because he was real busy. He was a little bit higher than some of other contractors that had come out to bid. If it hadn’t been such a long time to come out and do it, I probably would have picked him anyhow. He was really good about giving me a callback on time. He was good about following up. He showed up when he said he would show up. He had to reschedule an appointment and he was very apologetic about it. He called the day before; he gave me plenty of time and plenty of options to reschedule it. I thought that he was very professional. He really sounded like he knew what he was talking about and asking me the right questions because I have never put up a fence before."

"Jesse , Chris and crew of Groundbreaking Construction did an excellent job of replacing the sewer line from the street to my house.  They had to excavate around a water main, other sewer lines, two natural gas pipes, and my house water line.  City did not know where my sewer line was located so contractor had to find main sewer line in street and follow it to house.  They were very methodical in the excavating, keeping me informed all the time of their progress.  Fortunately they did find the separation and sewer line break before it entered the house. <br /> Sewer line had to be replaced because the line was originally not installed correctly and caused the breakage and subsequent separation.   Groundbreaking Construction not only replaced the sewer line according to proper standards, but backfilled and compacted the soil as it should have originally been upon installation. <br /> I highly recommend them.  They are professional, experts in their field, and willing to go the extra mile to provide good customer service. <br />"

"He was probably the lowest bidder. It was going to be later in September before he could come and get the fence done. He quoted me $2,000. I didn't choose him because of the time. He had forgotten what I had called him for. He thought that I was going to put up a chain link fence at first. He didn't ask me as many questions as the guy from the other company. That kind of made me wonder what he was going to be doing. He called me back right away and he was right on-time. Actually, I think he was early coming for the appointment. He was the lowest bidder and his price would have been the best. He was very professional. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. I needed to reschedule the appointment and he was very flexible with that so that was nice. I would probably not use him because he didn't seem to ask me some of the questions that after I had other contractors come out; I thought that maybe he should have."

"He did a really wonderful job. He did the patio door in July and windows in August. He was quite reasonable. The door costs $3800, and he charged me $500 to remove the old door and install the new one. The charged me almost the same to remove the old window and put the new one on the second floor. He is very thorough and detailed in his work. He is very friendly/ He is easy to get a hold of, and he always calls you back. You can get an estimate right upfront from him. I am planning to use him again soon."
