We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. "We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors."

"Josh W. now replaced two roofs for me. One in some commercial property and my home. I am a customer that CAN be hard to work with. I become an “issue” if the contractor does not do what I ask or if the contractor is unprepared for the job. Josh is one of the few contractors with whom I have worked with who is on-top of things. On my commercial building, Josh got a hotel room close by so that he could be there waiting for the deliveries and make sure the correct product gets delivered. He caught some issues and took care of them. He is proactive. I did not have to check on things. Since the roofing and gutters went so well on this project, I had him change my home’s roof too. I had several things that needed to be done. If these things were not taken care of, I would have become a difficult client: -Placement of some roof vents had to be changed -My weather station had to be removed and then reinstalled -A grounding system (for the weather station) had to be worked with/worked around -An antenna had to also be removed and reinstalled -Two different solar-powered attic vents (and their solar panels) had to be removed and reinstalled -Since I plan to put in solar panels in the future, I wanted special junction boxes (EZ Solar JB-1.2) to be installed (by roofers) so I don’t have to deal with conduit running on the roof and also to house the future circuit disconnect breakers. I also do not want solar panel installers messing with things a roofer can do better. -My radon mitigation system vents through the roof and required a new cap. -My leaf guards for the gutters could not be the same on every side of the house because some sides are more prone to ice damming. So some have to have larger holes, some can use a mesh. -My old roof was a 40-year shingle, but it was too old to be a class-4 shingle. I wanted Malarkey class-4 shingles. -My gutter downspouts needed to accommodate two water diverters for rain barrel filling. I could go on about things that needed to be done that made my project a bit different. It is not that I’m difficult, it is that I know what I need and these things are non-negotiable. I am upfront about them and if a contractor agrees to do everything, then they better do so. I don’t want to hear… “Oh I forgot, I could not find what you are talking about, this should ‘do’ instead, I will come back and do that later.” I’m writing this detailed review because Enviro Roofing took care of everything! No surprises, no drama. The few issues that came up were taken care of. I never had the feeling that I would have to start to settle for less, or just put up with some issues to get the workers away from my home. They also did the painting and got other things that were damaged (by the hail storm), covered by insurance. It seems that some estimates are written up way low because the insurance company does not expect the homeowner to actually get some of the damage repaired. I will be doing business with Enviro Roofing again! I recommend them!"
