"I had a roof leak, and wanted some old solar panels from the 80's removed, he called me Saturday around 12:30, shortly after I listed, what I needed done, he came by at 4:30 pm, we both went up on the roof, I showed him, what I wanted done, we agreed to terms, said he could have it done ,by the latest Tuesday, I said great, so he calls me up Tuesday Morning, tells me he is on his way there, I got home at 3:30 pm, the job is done, looks incredible, looks like the solar panels, we're never installed,fix the leak, by the way, he was able to find blue shingles, that they no longer made, I would highly recommend Sal and his team , they are the best, thanks Sal"

"We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors."

"Josh W. now replaced two roofs for me. One in some commercial property and my home. I am a customer that CAN be hard to work with. I become an “issue” if the contractor does not do what I ask or if the contractor is unprepared for the job. Josh is one of the few contractors with whom I have worked with who is on-top of things. On my commercial building, Josh got a hotel room close by so that he could be there waiting for the deliveries and make sure the correct product gets delivered. He caught some issues and took care of them. He is proactive. I did not have to check on things. Since the roofing and gutters went so well on this project, I had him change my home’s roof too. I had several things that needed to be done. If these things were not taken care of, I would have become a difficult client: -Placement of some roof vents had to be changed -My weather station had to be removed and then reinstalled -A grounding system (for the weather station) had to be worked with/worked around -An antenna had to also be removed and reinstalled -Two different solar-powered attic vents (and their solar panels) had to be removed and reinstalled -Since I plan to put in solar panels in the future, I wanted special junction boxes (EZ Solar JB-1.2) to be installed (by roofers) so I don’t have to deal with conduit running on the roof and also to house the future circuit disconnect breakers. I also do not want solar panel installers messing with things a roofer can do better. -My radon mitigation system vents through the roof and required a new cap. -My leaf guards for the gutters could not be the same on every side of the house because some sides are more prone to ice damming. So some have to have larger holes, some can use a mesh. -My old roof was a 40-year shingle, but it was too old to be a class-4 shingle. I wanted Malarkey class-4 shingles. -My gutter downspouts needed to accommodate two water diverters for rain barrel filling. I could go on about things that needed to be done that made my project a bit different. It is not that I’m difficult, it is that I know what I need and these things are non-negotiable. I am upfront about them and if a contractor agrees to do everything, then they better do so. I don’t want to hear… “Oh I forgot, I could not find what you are talking about, this should ‘do’ instead, I will come back and do that later.” I’m writing this detailed review because Enviro Roofing took care of everything! No surprises, no drama. The few issues that came up were taken care of. I never had the feeling that I would have to start to settle for less, or just put up with some issues to get the workers away from my home. They also did the painting and got other things that were damaged (by the hail storm), covered by insurance. It seems that some estimates are written up way low because the insurance company does not expect the homeowner to actually get some of the damage repaired. I will be doing business with Enviro Roofing again! I recommend them!"

"We called Urban Exteriors since they had roofed several houses in our neighborhood. James came by and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained why we had leaks and how they would be rectified when they roofed. He then worked with our insurance agent which turned out to be a good thing. Our roof was done in one day and looks wonderful. They did everything that was promised and a little more. We also got new gutters, paint and several boards replaced. It was nice to have everything managed under one umbrella since each task depended on the others. James monitored the whole process to ensure all was as it should be. "Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. "Our experience with this company has been stellar! From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."
