"My Furnace went out last night. Called 2 other companies besides DMC Services. Les was the only person that responded back. He came out first thing in the morning. Looked at my furnace and quoted me a price. I was going to do it last year but was holding off. But since the gas valve went out last night. I was forced into it. His prices were actually better than the ones I received last year. He was able to run to the Distributor and pickup furnace and was back in about a hour. Les and his son showed up, they were here for about 4 hrs. It wasn't a easy install since my furnace was in the crawlspace. They did a great job. Picked up all the trash and extra filters I had down in the crawlspace. I upgraded the furnace to a RHEEM 2-stage variable speed unit. He said there is a great savings on the electrical consumption. And that it would make my house more comfortable. He also filled out a rebate from Excel, and used my computer to register my new furnace under extended warranty, while I was filling out the check. I would highly recommend DMC Services to anyone. They know what they are doing. My husband looked it over when he came home. Said they did a great job and even labeled filter and installed a nice door and filter rack for us."
