Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."

I was promised from Darrell that they were going to send somebody out and fix part of the patio that had concaved in. Numerous calls were made and no one has ever gotten back to us. They basically took their money and ran."
