Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

"Very reasonable price for excellent work. Robert and James were prompt, professional and personable. The sanding equipment kept dust to a negligible level, and the stains and finishes are water based and odor free. I remained in the home for the whole procedure.  It was also very quick work, the whole project being completed in under two days. I plan on having Juxtaposition do the upstairs floors in the future. I recommend them highly, but you do need to allow plenty of lead time in your schedule. I made first contact in late September, and the floors were done just in time for Thanksgiving."

"Unfortunately the original tile had been installed so poorly and subfloor glued to the original floor that it was a challenge to remove it all and my only complaint was the dust that resulted. Once that was taken care of, Kyle did an amazing job laying the tile. It took longer then anticipated but Kyle was willing to work evenings and weekend according to our schedule to complete. Steve was a great project manager, too. Definitely laid back and low pressure. Both are knowledgable and professional. We couldn't be happier. We love are new floor!! We plan on having them refinish our wood floors this summer."
