"Scott was great and responsive with providing an estimate, and based on his estimate and the way he treated (really nice and explained a great deal to us) us we decided to use them to install a wood three post fence around a portion of our property. Unfortunately, due to other commitments the company had, it took longer than expected to get the fence installed, but Scott compensated the delay. They were not always the quickest to update us on the delays. In the end, the fence came out great, the crew was friendly and professional and dealt with our kids thousand questions. They followed up after and ensured everything was up to our expectations. I would defiantly use this company in the future. <br />"

"He just couldn’t get out and get the fence done this fall. He was very upfront with that. It was a good experience. He was one of the higher quotes and I think he was about $3,800 for a fence. He was great to talk to. I really, really like to work with him. It is just that it would take him a long time to come out and do the fence because he was real busy. He was a little bit higher than some of other contractors that had come out to bid. If it hadn’t been such a long time to come out and do it, I probably would have picked him anyhow. He was really good about giving me a callback on time. He was good about following up. He showed up when he said he would show up. He had to reschedule an appointment and he was very apologetic about it. He called the day before; he gave me plenty of time and plenty of options to reschedule it. I thought that he was very professional. He really sounded like he knew what he was talking about and asking me the right questions because I have never put up a fence before."

By the end of the first day of work they had already installed the culvert and constructed most of the driveway. They were able to work with a very rough plan, and were flexible about changing the plan when necessary. "He was probably the lowest bidder. It was going to be later in September before he could come and get the fence done. He quoted me $2,000. I didn't choose him because of the time. He had forgotten what I had called him for. He thought that I was going to put up a chain link fence at first. He didn't ask me as many questions as the guy from the other company. That kind of made me wonder what he was going to be doing. He called me back right away and he was right on-time. Actually, I think he was early coming for the appointment. He was the lowest bidder and his price would have been the best. He was very professional. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. I needed to reschedule the appointment and he was very flexible with that so that was nice. I would probably not use him because he didn't seem to ask me some of the questions that after I had other contractors come out; I thought that maybe he should have."
