"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Joi and crew have been cleaning my home on a weekly and bi-weekly schedule for about 3 years. I am overall satisfied with the service. Joi the owner is very thorough. She is careful to make sure her employee's work meets her standards. She also is willing and able to break from the routine cleaning to do extra things like cleaning kitchen drawers or the refrigerator. About twice a year or if I am entertaining they will do a more thorough cleaning that includes things like sweeping out my fireplaces and wiping down all woodwork. Sistaz would get all A's but there is more frequent turnover of her employees than I would like although that may be the nature of the business. Price is probably high but I think this is a more personal service than most "maid" services. My house is large and very old with high ceilings so it is time consuming to clean."

"I was curious about concrete countertops because I've started to see them more and more in high end restaurants and in the magazines. When I first called Jacob I wasn't sure what the cost would be or whether or not it would even work for us. The work was impressive and even a little intimidating. We spoke with Jacob directly and he was able to help us understand the costs, the process, and the time frame.
