Excellent work provided with installation was completed on the day/time it was scheduled. These guys are great.  I needed a fence installed within my privacy fence in a hurry to prevent one of my dogs getting out.  I lived in the city at the time.  They did it in one day, trained me on how to use the collar, and set the controls.  I also got a free replacement collar for life and replacement batteries for  shipping cost.  The battery on the collar died in two months, they came out that day and replaced it.  The system always worked great and never had any problems with replacing collars and batteries. I have since moved an no longer require this type of fencing for dogs but if I did, they would be the only company I would deal with.  Great family who take pride in what they do and respect the customer.

"Mark came out and measured and was very easy to work with.  We went to his shop and designed our railing, which was fun and then we knew for sure what we were getting.  He also sends photos as work progresses to ensure we were happy with the progress and end product.  We had some construction delays, yet he remained flexible.  Some flashing had been added to the deck after he measured so it took some extra work when he came to install, but he did it with a smile.  He and his helper were very thorough and careful.   They had to hoist the railing up to the second floor and took precautions to not damage my porch column.  They also had to install into a porcelain tiled deck and were very careful when drilling holes - no cracked tiles!  In addition, he had to attach the railing and hand rail to brick siding and again, no problems.   Would definitely hire again for any metal work."

"We hired Ronnie Mitchell and Sons to rebuild/replace a failed rock retaining wall at a lake house we purchased, in addition to performing excavation and grading work to manage the erosion from up the hill behind the wall. Ronnie was always prompt and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk the property and understand our overall objectives, not only for this project, but our longer term goals. In the end, we wanted to keep the perception of a rock wall consistent with other rock walls on the property, as opposed to a segmental wall. The process consisted of completely tearing out the old wall (~90 feet long, 6 feet tall with curves and slopes), replacing the footer, pouring a new concrete wall and finishing with a stone veneer. While concrete work is not their specialty, Ronnie was very supportive of the aesthetic we wanted to achieve and has outstanding partners in the area that are also extremely professional. Together, they designed and installed a new retaining wall that looks absolutely fabulous. After the wall was built, Ronnie and their team were very good at regrading the work area, along with grass seed and straw. They also performed the excavation work up the hill behind the retaining wall to manage future erosion issues and as a bonus, they pulled out a number of old shrubs and steel posts with concrete footings that were an eyesore. Thanks to Ronnie and the team everything is starting to come together beautifully. We loved the stone so much we are having the same stone put up on the carport foundation you see in the attached pictures. Overall, we were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work they performed and would not hesitate to hire them in the future ourselves, as well as recommend them to others."

"Was told it would take 2 weeks to complete job. Job completed 10 weeks later only to be torn out and started over after I complained to owner. Shower walls were torn out twice and floor of shower 3 times. Crockett was to return and fix molding and painting after the last floor replacement. I have called 3 times to arrange for cleanup and painting to be be completed and have yet to get a return call from George Crockett. One guy broke a pipe off in the floor of bathroom and it stained the ceiling below in family room. This repair was also not completed. I highly recommend. finding another contractor if you are going to do any remodeling."

Both the design and estimate were a great help by giving us a visual of what our new landscape would look like after completion. They showed up and completed the job as promised.
