Day & Night's Ngura Sailo arrived a few minutes early (awesome!), was friendly, respectful and COVID-safe (e.g., remained masked during entire visit). I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a bathtub drain leak. Ngura walked me through his diagnosis of both problems. I agreed to a toilet replacement. Ngura left to pick up a new toilet and returned in under 60 minutes. He installed the new toilet quickly and cleaned up completely afterward, taking our old toilet with him for disposal. And he fixed our bathtub drain leak free of charge, improvising and creating a tool out of scrap copper pipe to do the job. Throughout the entire process, Ngura answered every question I had and explained every step. I would hire Day & Night again in a heartbeat, and I would request Ngura Sailo by name."
