"They did a good job, but there were a couple of areas that I had to go back in after they left and clean. The kitchen floor was grimy around the edges, like when they moped everything had gotten pushed to the sides and they didn't clean it up. The outflow vent wasn't cleaned even though that had been on their list of things they would do. The lady who came in first spoke very little English. The second lady hardly talked to my husband or I at all, so communicating with the team was difficult, though communication before-hand had been very smooth. The amount on the bill was $4 more than the quoted price, with no explanation of why there was a difference; not enough of a difference to make a fuss about, but I would have liked a reason. I had just wanted to be able to walk out the door when they were done and turn in the keys, so it was a bit of a disappointment that I was not able to do that."
