"Lucas promptly viewed the roofing issues we were experiencing and provided a written proposal for the work. He suggested we visit a nearby roofing project to confirm our shingle color selection. The work was started quickly with material delivery and use of a large trailer instead of dumpster due to concern for undergroud utilites and irrigation. His crew arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently to strip the old roof and carefully inspect the conditrion of the plywood. Great care was taken to protect landscaping. The crew worked until dusk and cleaned up the entire area is preparation for the follwing day's work. The project involved some 25 square of materials and was complete in 1.5 days total. Lucas stopped by after the crew left to check the work, confirm clean up was satisfactory and answer a few questions we had. Very pleased with the work!"

"I was told they would be here at 7.00am and they arrived earlier. Roof, garage and 2 skylights replaced. The roof was finished in 1 day. They did a excellent job. The clean up crew did a great job. everything was picked up in our yard. Dennis was great he checked the work before starting the roof, and also at the end of the day checked again to make sure everything was right."

Sean's brother Marc worked with our insurance company to make sure that they paid properly for everything to be replaced. Initially our insurance company only wanted to pay for a roof patch but Marc stayed on them for a couple of months actually and he eventually got them to agree to a total roof replacement. "$11K for a completely new roof and it still leaked. The contract had an extensive warranty, so I called to get this addressed. Nothing was done. I kept calling, but after 18 months they refused to return my calls. I filed a complaint with the RI board of contractors' licensing and registration. Ryan Anderson would not acknowledge that the contract had a warranty, and he refused to correct his shoddy work unless I paid him more money. I will have to take him to court if I want any relief."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."
