We generally provide a sketch of the project along with a written proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal we require 50% down to begin and full payment due upon acceptance of the finished project. Delivery is free within 50 mile radius. Installation or shipping charges are generally separate.

If we will be any earlier or later than that, we'll call in a reasonable amount of time and advise or reschedule.
