"Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

He came with his assistant and they completed repairs on many small jobs I had with skill and efficiency..He showed up on the day we had agreed too and called me ahead to let me know he was coming. "I hired Art Remodeling to replace the shower and toilet in my master bath. David, the project manager, made himself available from day 1, answering every question, responding to every text and phone call, helping me with choices and decisions, and diligently checking on the work in progress. The workers have been amazing, arriving on time, doing a great job, and cleaning up before they left. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. They were all great, but I was particularly impressed with the men who worked on the tile. "DeRose Painting is a pleasant surprise of a company in Miami and an absolute pleasure to work with. John takes his time to thoroughly go over the job, carefully going over potential issues and making sure he has all the necessary information. This same attention to detail is applied to both his preparation and cleanliness, as well as to the actual painting itself. He and his team of two people carefully moved and covered furniture within our den and foyer, and then set about patching and repairing a prior contractor debacle, whereby a roofing company had put hundreds of nail holes through our tongue and groove, exposed wood ceiling. He then painted and touched up the roof to the point where it looked as good as new. We were so happy with the job that we proceeded to have our kitchen ceiling done as well. Highly recommend for quality work done by a responsive and responsible contractor."

"We hired Santana Woodwork to replace (2) kitchen cabinets. One that was breaking and one just needed to be smaller in order to accommodate a larger refrigerator. Since we have wood cabinets in good condition we didn’t want to replace all of the cabinets or have the wood covered over with a laminate. Our maple wood cabinets are 20 years old therefore; they have changed color over the years so this was a difficult task. Other companies said they would not be able to match the cabinets and we would need all new cabinets or put a laminate over them. Fernando was able to replace the cabinets and match the color perfectly. We saved thousands of dollars by not having to purchase all new cabinets. No one that has come over was able to tell which two cabinets have been replaced. We also had him put end panels on the cabinets and I don’t know how he was able to match the cabinet profile exactly like the cabinet doors, but he did. He’s very knowledgeable and a master of his craft along with being a very nice person. He always came the day he said he would be there and was on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of woodwork and I will definitely hire him again for any future projects."

"The tradesmen that we were assigned from OCA Tile Services were excellent. They were very courteous, very clean and very meticulous regarding the job they were hired to do. The first job was a floor installation on the entire first floor of a newly constructed home. Any imperfect or questionable areas were redone without argument. The finished floor is beautiful. We also hired OCA to do lighting, which included adding and moving receptacles and patching holes in the ceiling. We could not be happier with the work. We plan to hire OCA again to do more extensive work in our home."
