"We recently hired K, B&D Remodeling, LLC for a bathroom & kitchen remodel. While 4 others gave quick, impersonal quotes, Juan took the time to listen to our ideas and needs, offering thoughtful suggestions & explaining his recommendations clearly. His insights helped us make informed decisions, especially about details that did not occur to us. He was never pushy, allowing us to make the final choices while guiding us with his expertise. The project involved replacing a hole in the wall, installing a recessed mirror that didn’t previously exist, new lighting, adding a glass doors to our existing bathtub, painting & installing kitchen backsplash. From start to finish, Juan and his team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship & attention to detail. He is professional, meticulous, and respectful of our home. He was incredibly patient & responsive, answering all of our questions with kindness & care. All for an affordable cost too. We HIGHLY recommend them for any home project."

"Peter is phenomenal! Very professional and detail oriented. My new stairs are perfect I couldn’t be more happy. Peter was always on time, did the job perfectly and very very clean. Just his van telling everything - extremely organized. Highly recommend!"

"They did a fantastic job. Very clear with communicated details and price, plus gave some great suggestions especially if they felt like another option would look better. We originally hired them to change our stair railings and ended up helping us with hanging/fixing closet doors as well as finished our stairs going to the basement too. On time every morning and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them!"

My name is Gabriel Taylor. I attended Colombia College with a Bachelor of Arts. Upon graduation, i entered the advertising world fabricating models and props for t.v. and print ads. My knowledge of tools expanded greatly. Having always been handy, this fine tuning of shop skills led me to realize that there's much more job availability in home repair/ remodeling/ etc. Now, with 25 years of experience under my thumb, there is little that i haven't come across in the world of trade work. From electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, tile, etc., i always deliver quality results with a strong artistic awareness and touch. Caring for the customers wants and needs is primary. I believe in giving them exactly what i would want in a skilled worker in my home. Kindness, honesty, cleanliness, reliability, and quality results.

"The work was perfect. Marcin was punctual, polite, and paid meticulous attention to detail. Work area was well protected and cleaned at the end of each day. Design advice was given (iron vs. wood balusters). I would definitely hire this company again."

"I do not exaggerate when I tell you this is the best experience I have ever had when it comes to quality and customer service. We found out that our condo was closing FAST and we would have 5 days to move. We needed the old icky floors redone and started calling around. Marian was the 14th person that popped up on Google and he should have been the first because he was so patient with our quick turnaround time and graciously worked with us to make this process happen. We even had delays getting access to the new space on our end and Marian remained kind and patient with us. Once he got access to the space, he was so fast and so talented! He kept us updated throughout the day with photos and timelines. Just look at the difference!! My floors are stunning and I will ONLY ever use or recommend Marian in the future. Talented. Fast. Kind. That’s all you can ask for."
