"Project: Install Synthetic Grass for Landscaping, We recently used CP Lee United Turf to replace the lawn next to our sidewalk. This area is 100 feet long across the front of our property. Over the years it had become an eyesore, several large and old beautiful trees made it impossible for grass to grow. Thanks to CP and his team we now have a totally new beautiful and clean look to the front of our house. CP and his team considered and planed for drainage. They followed the natural contours of tree roots and excavated around them like archeologists carefully excavates dinosaur bones. "Ed was very nice to deal with.  He knew his stuff and seemed to be very knowledgeable in dealing with kool deck.  We had damaged kool deck that was installed by another mason 8 years ago who did a really bad job.  Ed's crew painted over the kool deck, cleaned and sealed my stamped concrete.  Everything came out nice and the way he said it would.  Stamped concrete
formed a white substance after a few days of application and Ed didn't hesitate to come back to fix it and made sure it was done to
perfection.

"Very well and would absolutely recommend his services. He finished the job in 1 day (sooner than originally quoted), within budget and was very responsive throughout the process. We enjoyed going to the warehouse and picking out the specific pavers we wanted in person opposed to just looking in a brochure. I would recommend that you ask for a price to remove the excess dirt/topsoil as opposed to repurposing on site, as I had to put new grass in a large majority of my backyard. This was in the contract, and I didn't ask more questions about how much dirt it could be, so lesson learned."
