"We just had a re-roof job completed by Xterior PRO. There were two layers of shingles. Although we didn't have leaking problems, the shingles were probably more than 25 years old and some were being blown off by storms, so we didn't want to wait for any leaks before re-roofing. The estimate provide by Xterior PRO was one of the lowest I received, but the quality was excellent. They even installed a very rugged flashing along our chimney that required cutting notches in the bricks; and this was included at no additional cost. A new attic vent was also installed, also at no additional cost! The only additional cost was a minor charge for replacing a few sheets of plywood. Our neighbors had another company re-roof their homes for a much higher price, for less roof area. I highly recommend Xterior PRO based on my experience with them, and will seek additional work from them in the future, since they also install siding and gutters."

It was a large job as the roof is approximately five thousand square feet and has a number of different slopes and pitches plus skylights that were either covered or replaced. The crew of fourteen along with the owner arrived at 7:30am. When the old roof was removed it was discovered that a much larger amount of the plywood than expected was wet and needed to be replaced. They managed to do this seamlessly and stayed to finish the job that day. I was very impressed with how the crew worked together. The next morning they replaced all the gutters.
