"Consultation was professional, thorough, and educational.  The written estimate was detailed, as was the brochure information that was left for us to review.  Once we called to schedule installation, Greg Bliss (George’s son), gave us the next available time slot and he arrived with everything ready to go.  Greg is very personable, friendly, experienced, and again always ready to answer any questions.  Installation was smooth; the equipment is sleek, quiet, and streamlined.  As the installation was in our basement, Greg had no problem working with/around our current setup(s).    Greg performed all the setup, draining, plumbing, testing, etc. that was needed and in about 3 hours or so, he was giving us a run through of what to expect, how the system would be working, and if any problems, their phone number is right on the unit.  Likewise, he left us with manuals for the whole set up.  It was a pleasure!    As a follow-up note:  within a week of installation, we also received a ‘thank you’ note from Greg and a letter from the Owner, George, making sure if there is was anything else, to ‘call’… a personal touch that makes all the difference!   It has only been about a week but everything is going GREAT!  The whites are now ‘bright and white’ and the pH has gone from a 6.2 to a 7.25….woo hoo… Alkaline!!!  Clear, naturally soft, pH balanced, pure water…… YES!    Upkeep:  The Bliss’ company has advised that the system will require maintenance (cleaning/re-packing of the media bed) every 2-3 years, depending of course on usage.  Week one and so far, so good…… give them a call!  Our Rating:  A+"

"Environmental Testing & Research Laboratories, Inc. sent a package with 2 vials and instructions for collecting the samples.  I collected the samples as instructed, completed a questionnaire, and returned the sample vials as instructed.  A week or two later they sent the analysis.  Everything went as expected.  There were no problems. <br />"

"Luis was a very nice guy, They removed my existing pull down steps and installed new stairs from an existing platform to access my attic. I had removed the existing plywood in the attic and found out that they never framed out the existing opening where they removed the pull down stairs (48x24 opening). I could have fallen thru the opening that was not framed out before placing the plywood back. I alerted Luis the owner and said he would come by my house the next day. He had an emergency and said he would come back the following day and he never called or showed up. 2 different post were put in ( not sure why) I fixed the opening and post myself! The stairs are very solid and they did a great job with the steps and access hatch. He would have gotten an A but not calling me back and correcting the problem cost him a better grade and another job that I wanted to do."
