"Phil can our and provide an estimate and a complete overview of the services. Within 24 hours or receiving the quote the work was scheduled and completed. The work was done in an extremely clean, professional and prompt manner. All employees of Metzger’s throughout the process were more than willing to take the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. The time and cost for the water heater replacement was significantly less than other local competitors that were quoted."

"Hired these guys to replace a hot water heater. While unpacking it in the driveway, a careless installer threw the packaging material and it landed on our car, denting the hood. They immediately acknowledged what they had done, called their office, spoke to someone named Dave, who reportedly advised us they would take care of the damage and would be in touch soon to make arrangements for repairs. That was the last time we heard from these clowns. "Dave", whoever he is, never called back, and failed to return numerous phone calls. In other words, he ghosted us. Bottom line on these morons - hell will freeze over long before I'll ever use them again. "
