On so many occasions he could have told me things that needed fixed (that would cost extra) and I would have gladly paid it. But, he has always been perfectly honest and has saved us so much money. Last year I recommended him to a friend (for their Mother) and the friend arranged an appointment with him. He was able to help their A/C get working fast.
