Our home was new construction and in the first couple of years we had a major repair to the system. Duggins did not do the original install but reached out to the manufacturer to make sure that the warranty work was covered. This may not seem like a big deal, but I was not aware the unit was still under warranty, and would have paid for everything - I do not believe all companies would even check about the warranty. I have no reservations recommending Duggins based on 7+ years personal experience with them!"

"I had just had unit installed 2&1/2 yrs ago. Too early for problems. They sent a repairman that same day(which was excellent). He checked out the complete unit while he was here(which was excellent). Conclusion was the heat function had tripped the circuit breaker & shut it all down. He fixed the problem & advised that if it happened again that the breaker ìwas probably too small for the unit. Just have to wait & see now. Excellent service, friendly service, good attitude. I'm impressed."
