"My experience with All Season Window was seamless from beginning to end. Art and Sherry are both very knowledgeable and congenial. Sherry answered all of my questions thoroughly, walked me through details of the product and the contract process, and kept in touch regularly before and after the install was scheduled. It was reassuring to have the principal installer (Art) also doing the in-home measurement, which is not the case with larger companies or big-box stores; he was confident that he could install standard-sized doors and address underlying water damage issues, and he did both without a hitch. (A number of other companies had insisted I would need custom doors, at much higher cost; not only do the standard Polar Seal sliding patio doors seem to match the custom doors in quality/efficiency, they come with additional features, such as the foot lock, that come at extra cost for other brands.) Art and Steve were very efficient in installing the doors ahead of schedule, completing the weather proofing and trim, and cleaning up the debris. Sherry had all of the paperwork ready on the last day of install, including warranties and everything necessary for me to mail in rebates--another helpful touch. "We experienced basement flooding earlier this year which exposed foundation cracks in our newly-purchased home causing some property damage. We knew we had to address the problem and wanted to find the best solution that would allow us to feel comfortable in our basement, and not only refinish the areas that had been damaged but see potential for improving our basement without the worry of future water damage. <br /> <br /> We first met with Kim and his wife during the bidding process. "Molnar Construction completed a very extensive project that <br /> we envisioned in December 2013. Coming from musical families, we had hoped to <br /> add a music room addition, off the back of our home and living room, in place <br /> of our then existing deck. However, we live in an area where the water table is <br /> relatively high, so we weren?t even sure such a project was possible. "John is a skilled tradesman, arrived a tad late, but was casual and confident. Looked at the task, said the estimate would be by the hourly rate ($80 an hour if I recall correctly), and made two trips to finish the task, a few hours each time (two different areas so that worked out for us). Asked us to check his work before he left, methodical and exact workmanship. I really like this guy! The exterior wall is over 40years old exposed to the elements, and he patched any breakage in the mortar, fixed any separations and finished the area where a new window went in. After everything dried, does not look obvious that any "patch" or "repair work had been done- blends right in! Knew the stone product (no longer available) and how to make it look new.
