"Steve arrived promptly to change out a faucet and to assess a shower head that was too high for us to safely reach. Steve replaced our laundry room faucet efficiently and solidly. Such a relief to have one that works properly. Steve recommended an alternate fix to our high-reach shower head. He will look through the hardware options and see what Graham can provide. At least, we know the direction to pursue."

"very well. He replaced an old shower stall in my basement with a new one. He replaced the rotten wood holding it with new platform. Did a nice job. Cleaned up and removed the old."
