"I had hail/wind damage to my roof. Contacted Rapid Roofing. Jerry came out, inspected the roof, wrote up a quote. He got his workers on the job within 2 weeks (and there were quite a few getting them done due to the storms that had gone through our area. The crew took off all shingles down to decking and proceeded to get total job done in 2 days. Jerry even came past and picked up a few nails from the yard that were missed. While I like Jerry and was happy to give him the work for the business he works for, I was not happy when I found out that I had a big out-of-pocket amount I was to pay because they replaced quite a bit of decking. My decking was 1 x 8 x 10 boards. I was not told at any time how many they would need to replace. The pictures I got did not indicated there were 10 board lengths that needed to be used (my house is only 1100 square feet). I just feel that if there is additional out of pocket money that needs to be paid, it should be disclosed to the customer by calling them so they are suspicious when receiving the bill. I do think they use a quality product. I waited to post on Angie's list so that the roof had time to endure rain and a couple storms."

"They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."
