"John and crew, Don and others, did a great job. Everything was done as promised and completed as promised. No surprises, no problems. The floors look great. This job is the second one done by JB's Wood Floor Maintenance; the earlier job was also first rate."

"David and Loren did an excellent job! We are thrilled with our floors in our new home as they are gorgeous! We have high standards for quality service and David and Loren definitely impressed us and met our highest standards. Our project had some complications as we discovered once the carpet was removed in our family room that the sub floor was bad had to be torn up and a new one put in. David and Loren were not flustered but rather went out bought new wood, tore up the old floor and put in a new floor, adding two additional days to the project. They took out an old radiator, patched in the floor and put in quarter rounds and baseboards. Their work ethic was stellar. Each day they arrived on time or early, stayed late and communicated with us throughout the process. They are perfectionists and professionals through and through. Prior to deciding on a company I read through many reviews and no other business had the high reviews of Illi Hardwood Flooring. I'd recommend them to anyone with great enthusiasm. Look no further."

"We had several bathrooms that needed all new tile, a laundry room carpet removal and tile install, and travertine tile removal of cracked tiles and replace with new ones. High quality work that was completed efficiently. The guys were great to work with and very respectful."

"Very good experience! We had an issue the a spot in our living room wood floor that caught my eye. They sanded the spot further which helped minimize the area of concern. I would highly recommend them on any future wood flooring refinishing projects. Mike"

"We had the floors done in 3 stages. After the amazing job on the first room and hallway, we were convinced Josh was our go-to guy. Now that all the floors are done I fully stand by that assertion. All the floors look amazing and the work was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price."

"Installer worked around a couple of hiccups, on my part. He was very easy to work with."

"Pro was completely efficient, attention to detail &wanted to do the job right. Was masterful when working with tools with safety in mind. Was not content until the product was right and beautiful. I would recommend him for any floor laying project. Hands down."

"Excellent crew, moved and replaced furniture. Swept floors on completion."

"We recently used Anton’s Floorcovering for the replacement of our kitchen flooring, as well as an adjoining four season porch. We found Anton on this site and were impressed with the high preponderance of glowing reviews. We had an older tile pattern, laminate floor that we’d grown tired of and wanted to refresh the look with a switch to luxury vinyl plank flooring in a wood grain style. Our kitchen had been largely remodeled about two years ago and replacing the older flooring was the last thing that needed attention. In the months prior to the job, we visited all the big box stores but found inferior quality overall. We then tried a few local flooring stores but couldn’t seem to find the right product or price point. We likely brought home 25+ samples trying to find the right product. Anton suggested visiting ProSource, a home improvement wholesaler that had a showroom very near us. We visited and took home two samples. We hit the jackpot there with a high quality Cortec brand product that fit the bill. The purchase timing was good as well, as they had a 15% off seasonal sale at the time. We spent about $2K for the product, beyond Anton's labor expense. Anton’s crew was skilled and efficient. The old flooring was removed in about 2 hours and the entire project, start to finish, took about six hours. When I have a home improvement contractor to my house, I highly value skill and speed. I don’t want anyone in my house for an extended time, or face unforeseen delays or complications. Everything went smoothly. I would say consumers are likely paying a bit of a premium for Anton’s reputation for quality. There are absolutely cheaper flooring contractors out there. If you’re someone who highly prioritizes bargain pricing, you may not find it with Anton’s. His proposals offer customers a detailed, itemized list of each and every item that he imposes a charge for. Some may find it off-putting, as to some there may be a connotation of “nickel and diming.” In reality, it may well be marginally helpful as a full disclosure document to clarify the key “what’s included” issues, so there are no misunderstandings. The bottom line for me is that I’m willing to pay some premium for what I perceive as quality. I plan to use Anton again for a tile project, perhaps later this Fall. My only advice to potential customers is to always obtain 2-3 quotes from qualified contractors. That way, if you have a multi thousand dollar project, you can evaluate your options from a quality/price dynamic."
