"Requested an estimate to install a shower door on 1/5/21. Contractor arrived and delivered estimate 1/8/21; price was fair. Given a rough date of "late January early February" for install. They cashed the deposit check early and didn't contact me until I reached out on 2/1/21. I was then told the install date would be 2/22/21, but I would be contacted if they could move it up. No contact received, so I called back 2/2/21, was told they couldn't change the schedule, so I cancelled the service and was informed I'd be charged a 10% cancellation fee even though they missed their own estimated timeline. Definitely won't go anywhere near this "service" again. Out 10% and wasted a month for absolutely nothing."

"We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"

"Amazing craftsmanship in fencing, Guy is a one man company who takes pride in his custom work. No substandard big box panels, he measures and cuts onsite, leaves the final project pristine. Used dirt from postholes to fill low areas. Had to play fetch with the little guy once he had completed the fencing which was installed to keep him safe. Did I say Amazing? "BEWARE! Entire fence installed 2 years ago for $6000. After Helene damage, they want over $13,000 to fix one side. They admit that they are purposely price gouging because the insurance companies and FEMA are "giving out all kinds of money". My insurance is part of the National Flood Insurance program (only covers dwelling, specifically excludes fences). FEMA is NOT "giving out all kinds of money". These scammers are admittedly taking advantage of flood victims. I've sent my original estimate from 2 years ago and my estimate from yesterday to the TN Attorney General's Office so they can be held accountable."
