"Ariat Roofing just completed the refelting of our entire roof, and we just have to say we’re so impressed with Ariat’s professionalism and work quality! From our initial contact with Ariat to the final invoicing procedure, we received prompt and excellent attention. When we called Ariat for an estimate, Josh and Aaron came within a few days and patiently explained the different options (and showed us photos they had taken on our roof) for fixing a leak we had over one window. Since our home is now 25 years old, we decided to refelt the entire roof vs. only do a repair. While Ariat’s proposal for the entire roof was not the least expensive (Ariat was in the middle of the range of estimates we got), we believe they are the most cost efficient and worthwhile. Although the start of our roof project was delayed 1 week by Ariat, they came on time the following week, and the crew was here every day of the project (took 3.5 days to complete, which was quicker than Ariat had estimated!) either on time or slightly earlier. Each day, the crew members were very diligent about cleaning up the work area and the ground around our home (often picking up debris as they worked during the workday). They also covered the stone finish of our driveway when placing a dumpster and were very careful with all of our outdoor lighting fixtures, etc. The photos we received of the roof after Ariat completed the project reflect great performance of the work. Finally, the administrative staff we interacted with for scheduling and invoicing were helpful and courteous. We’ve experienced a number of disappointing service calls in recent years, so it was so wonderful to work with a reliable, professional company like Ariat!"

I think they went above and beyond what should be expected patching even the tiniest of cracks in the stucko before painting and even offering to repair some drywall in a patio cover ceiling for no extra charge. After they were done painting, I could not believe the quality of the masking. There was virtually NO over-spray on any window frame or anything else that shouldn't be painted."

"John" called to ask if it was okay if the repair person came a little early (by about 15 minutes) and I said certainly it was okay.  The man who came, and I'm afraid I didn't get his name right, but it was something like "Herve" was amazingly kind and courteous.  He did everything as far as I could tell that the "deal" said he would.  His English was maybe a bit limited, but it did not seem to matter because he just knew what he was supposed to do.  He replaced a tile that had fallen off the roof; he secured others and caulked cracked tiles.  After he had put everything on the truck to leave I remembered that I wanted him to also look at a chipped part of my patio ceiling that I thought might be caused by a leak.  (He was inspecting the roof, not my ceiling).  Right away he pulled off the ladder and went to work looking under the roof tile where I was concerned. He took a picture to show me it wasn't very bad at all and really didn't need much attention.   He then caulked a small area that appeared might (or could) have a problem and used a longer staple to secure part of the paper or mat under the tile.  All with a smile.  John, too, the contact person, seemed to be very accommodating and courteous.  It was just a pleasure to deal with a company who showed up and actually did what they were supposed to do without any hassle or grief.  I thought they might try and use the deal as a way of telling me I had all kinds of problems with my roof and it would cost me a bundle.  No way!  I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.

"During the overnight hours, copper thieves defeated the security grate and used the roof-access ladder at our commercial property to gain access to the HVAC units. They completely destroyed one unit, and stole all the copper condensate lines. It was imperative to remove the ladder ASAP. Rudy has performed several jobs for me over the years, so he was the first person I called. Within 24 hours, Rudy and his crew removed the ladder and repaired and painted the stucco. He hauled away the disassembled ladder and completely cleaned the work area. There is no trace whatsoever that the roof-access ladder was ever mounted on the side of the building. Rudy is one of the most ethical, trustworthy and hardworking contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.
