The day after the windstorm on Friday I found a small panel off the edge of the metal roof that is 25 years old I called Profession Construction Services on Saturday, and they said they would be out on Monday at noon. They called to let me know they were on the way and were here before 1200. It was only two of them and one of them was the gentlemen that took my call on Sat. It took them only 45 minutes to replace the panel and then they checked and reattached several other loose sections. The told me it would be $100, I gave them $200 and each a tip. It was worth it to me. Very pleasant talking with them and they did an outstanding job, even sealing all of the loose panels. I would definitely hire them again and if anyone is looking to replace or repair their roof this is the company to do it. Professional Construction Services has my highest recommendation."

Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter.
