"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

Finally, I had  but I did not know when it was done or who did it. I had to go through all of my credit cards, Finally I found out and called them and they immediately sent me a receipt, they emailed me. I wish that had been done at the time the cleaning was done. It was troubling to me because I did not know, there was some other work. Now I am stuck and have to get it done. Just because I did not have the reciept and the receipt says I need this and that but at the time, I was not told. Otherwise, the service was good. I have no complaints. I needed a receipt of the work that was done. The people buying the house needs to know what was cleaned. I contacted them and they sent me a receipt quite promptly."
