Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life.
