The only issue I had at all was that I thought I had contracted with him to do a staining, the inside and outside. He did not stain the inside but there may have been a miscommunication. "Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."

"It was after hours when they were needed.   I received a call quickly and a person was dispatched to cover the areas of the roof that had lost shingles. <br /> I was asked if I wanted a quote and said yes.  I cannot recall if it was then or the next day when someone looked over the damages inside and out and offered their proposal. <br /> When my insurance company appraiser came out he commented that this company had used quality material to cover the areas, not the blue tarps on can buy for 15$.  He said those break down quickly in the sunlight.   <br /> I am reviewing this proposal and another one I have and will make a determination soon. <br /> As cold as it has been it is not advised to put shingles on from all I have read and been told.  <br /> <br />"
