"I am probably one of the most skeptical, penny pinching, perfectionist people on the planet. I worked as a Quality control technician for 31 years for DOA. Waters Custon Exteriors met all my expectations i.e. cost, workmanship, quality of material, timeliness, & cleanliness. I was especially gratified by their patience & ability to keep me informed throughout the process. Thavis, & his family did an excellent job on both my chimney's & roof replacement. They were also very professional in adherence to the current coronavirus protocols. I am telling everyone I know about this company. And yes as you can tell I am extremely satisfied."

"The carpenter did a great job. The portions of the frame damaged by carpenter ants were replaced. The white metal trim installed over the wooden frame updates the appearance. Thanks!"

"Mr. Swartz came this morning with everything needed for the small roof job know one would even show"

"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing
deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and
talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"Amazing!! Didn’t charge me for the inspection at all. They even found some storm damage that I didn’t even know was there. They walked me through the entire claims process and installed my new roof for under a grand! All around great experience! Would recommend to everyone."

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. We will definitely be using them in the future for additional projects."

"They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."

"DWC did two roofs for us. They did a great job, they worked well with the insurance company. They were professional,on time and fast. Very easy to work with, we highly recommend them. Lea Ann Williams"

"If you are in the market for a new roof, look no further. What I look for when searching for the right company to work with is great communication, exceptional quality, and honesty. This company exceeded my expectations. Knowing that I can reach someone easily if I have a question or concern is very important to me. I worked closely with Matt throughout the entire process, he stayed in constant communication and was available by call, email, and text message. The pricing is fair and the quality is incredible. The crew worked quickly and they were very professional. From the very beginning the pricing and costs were made clear and we were given available options to fit our needs. We are so happy with our new roof and gutters. I highly recommend Platinum Remodeling."
