"This was fairly new company that I hired last month to clean my home air ducts system. I found them thru an internet search. After speaking with the owner, Will Long, when I called to get a free estimate to have my air ducts cleaned. He was very courtesy and professional, which made my decision very easy. On the phone he explained that he could provide an estimate, simply based on the square footage of the residence. So I decided to give him a shot because from their Google reviews, everyone had been giving them great reviews. On the day of my scheduled cleaning he another gentleman arrived 15 minutes early. They was very professional and knowledge about their profession. During the approximate 4 hours at my home, they cleaned 3 air returns, 21 air vents, and also my dryer vent. I was home and watched the entire process, and I was very impressed with the customer service that I received. Throughout the process Mr. Long continued to educate me on energy efficiency in my home, and he provided some excellent home maintenance suggestions. I'm definitely going to continue to utilize this company probably every 2 years, because I was very impressed with their honesty and customer service. Before I selected this company I had received 2 other cost estimates which was almost doubled his price. Because this is just a 2 man company that has only been a little over a year, I would highly recommend it to friends and family members who want a professional team."
