They also installed all new flashing, new pipe boots, and they cut & installed "shingle over" the vinyl ridge vent. <br /> There was an issue with debris from my roof landing in my neighbors landscaping (the edge of my roof pretty much extends over her privacy fence, making this hard to avoid). I received a phone call from my very unhappy neighbor, at which point I phoned David. He agreed to meet me there first thing the next morning to speak with my neighbor and inspect the damage. David was very professional, and said exactly what you would want someone to say in that situation. He apologized, took responsibility for it, and promised to make everything right. True to his word, he had his guys clean up my neighbors yard that day, along with mine, and there wasn't so much as a piece of a shingle or a nail left behind. He also sent my neighbor 2 bottles of wine (in cobalt blue bottles to match the one on her bottle tree which broke), with a note promising to check back in the spring to see if any of her plantings needed to be replaced. My neighbor was very satisfied with his response, and so was I. A class act, all the way. I have no hesitation about recommending Home Wrappers to anyone needing a new roof. <br />"
