"He was very polite. He checked my roof and showed pictures of what he found. He provided his opinion on repair or replace. His suggestion was that the roof had a few more years and repairing made more since. Saving money was a big factor but quality work was the final thing. I would recommend this company. "Jackson metal roofing was very professional with their work. They done a great job and my roof never looked better. They done the job in way less time than I thought it should have taken. They were professional and I am very happy with their work and would definitely let them do it again if I needed it. I would definitely urge you to give them a call and use them for ur roofing and carpenter's needs."

"They did a great job. They followed through. They delivered what they said they were gonna do."

"The roof replacement job done so quick and all debris cleaned right after job completed SAME DAY ! And after one year the roof is still solid ! This company is really a good one . I have already recommended to many of my friends."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"The work crew arrived on time, and, over approximately 3 days, removed the old roof, replaced damaged decking, replaced flashing, and put down deck felt, and repaired a damaged soffit.  The new roofing was the style and color I requested.  What I was equally impressed with was the clean up!

"Nice guy worked hard he showed up on time and you could tell he had experience very satisfied"

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.
