In addition, he proposed to hot tar the cracks in my existing driveway and seal coat the entire 1200 square foot driveway, which was not proposed previously. It was a no-brained. The driveway has held up beautifully through the years, but it was looking like it needed sealant and we had a damaged area where water has frozen and thawed over and over.
