"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Pros: Good price; Friendly; Very responsive to text; Driveway looks good Cons: Would say they were coming over on multiple occasions and didn’t come back to take away extra dirt or pull out forms (we did it ourselves); There is a slope towards the side garage door and rain water has come in the garage We had a lot of rain delays which was not their fault. I almost feel bad listing the cons here because they were genuinely nice guys but I feel like it’s my duty to be 100% honest. If you are extremely patient and looking for a good price, then I would hire them."
