The evening of the estimate, I expected someone from NOVA Asphalt; however, someone from Pave Masters Inc showed up and quoted me $3000. I looked Pave Masters up here on Angie's List and they have a D rating and a 1 out of 5 on Yelp. I'm not sure if NOVA Asphalt subcontracts work or what. Can't comment on the quality of work of Northern Virginia Asphalt, although be cautious if you arrange an estimate and someone from Pave Masters shows up."
