Also when they left, I realized 3 screws were missing and when contacting them, they advised would come back the next time in the area. Did not hear from them for several days, so I reached out to them and advised how disappointed I was and wife and I took care of the issue, that they should have done especially given we gave a little extra on top of their fee."
