"timely with good service quality except quality of installation and end result."

"Simply wow! I had what I considered to be a relatively small project of adding a railing to our outdoor steps. Within minutes of my posting my request on Angie's List (through Allpros.com) I received a call from Jimmy. He was very helpful in my thinking through options for a stair rail. The next morning, Michelle came out to measure the stairs. Shortly after, I heard from Jimmy with an estimate that was much lower than I expected, and a time frame that was faster than expected. I got a few other estimates, but none came close to Jimmy's in cost or delivery time frame. I worked with Jimmy a bit more wanting to understand exactly what he was proposing. He was very responsive to my numerous inquiries, never treating me like a small potential customer. Jimmy came out to test the fit of the rail a few days after I accepted his estimate and the rail fit almost perfectly, thanks to Michelle's excellent work measuring and fabricating the rail. The railing took a few extra days at powder coat, but Jimmy has now installed it, and it looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend Steel works Northwest for your metal work needs and know who will be my first call if I have metal working needs in the future."

"Eric did an excellent job of designing, fabricating and installing new front porch railings for us. It is a clean and handsome installation. I will use him again for other projects!"

"Sean was hired days before the Covid shut down. I was worried about the uncertainty of what would happen to my project. Sean remained in touch with me and finished the job as soon as he was able following state guidelines. His team was courteous and efficient."

"I would contract them again, they did the work well and on the promised date."

"They did an amazing job! Friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy."

"They quickly assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, and were very proficient and professional. My condo unit was under contract and a water leak caused by another unit needed to be repaired asap and they did it. Also kept me well informed."

"I had an outdoor metal handrail that was breaking off the concrete base. They contacted me quickly after Angi gave them my number and asked tons of questions to be able to give me a great estimate. The work they did was phenomenal. They not only reattached the handrail but strengthened the concrete base with metal beams to give the whole structure more support."

"I had 2 small areas that need a hand rail for steps. For customized hand rails to fit the small spaces. It looks great and he is very gracious."

"I had to replace the railing on my front steps. They were very old and rusting through in places. I had another bid to replace it with wood that would have cost more than this steel powder coated railing. It is absolutely beautiful and has completely changed the curb appeal of my home. They are very polite and professional. Top notch work. You wonâ t regret hiring Pioneer Welding!"
