"Back in the early 1990's we used this company for lighting/ceiling fans in our condo.  Flash forward to now and the second generation is the one in charge!  We had a great experience again.   <br /> All the items were installed initially except for 2 backordered light kits.  Initial installation took most of the day even though they sent 2 guys with a 3rd toward the end of the day to 'dress' 2 of the chandeliers with the crystals - a tedious task! <br /> Because NL&FD installed items there is a 1 years. . we'll come and and fix it . .. warranty.  We had to call them for a fan issue and they did come out, ordered the part and fixed it.  That took 10 days as they didn't have the part. <br /> We would definitely use this company again.  They were very helpful & knowledgeable in the initial stage of selection of products. <br />"
